Seacret and business leads. Traditional Network Marketing has the definition wrong! Family, friends and co-workers are not your warm market ?
A real ?warm market? who is warm because they actually want to know what you?re doing, know about your product, etc.
Just got done listening to an audio tonight that has really resonated with me, it most likely will with you too, especially if you?re in the home based business arena, or seacret.
Not sure about you, but I?m sick and tired of joining a seacret business that is my own, and then turn around and be told how I should be building it. I didn?t trade one boss for another. I left the corporate world to be my own boss, period.
Ray Higdon has it right. The worst possible thing a network marketer can do is sponsor people and then go into ?managing mode?. Now your sponsor begins telling you, your team how they should be prospecting seacret everywhere?it makes my stomach turn. You begin to stop enjoying going out because at the back of your mind is ?How can I turn this conversation around?to the seacret business??
Yuck. No one likes that. It?s not genuine. Truth is, you begin attracting people to you when you go back to ?being yourself?. That?s the person people like. And no matter how hard you try, you will never become a clone of someone else, who has built their business in a square model if you?re a circular peg. It?s not going to happen.
So, go where the flexibility is. What I don?t like about the old-school marketing model for mlm, network marketing, home based business, seacret direct, etc ? is because it is a shotgun effect. Go pull out your warm market list?invite, invite, invite?share the products, share the business and hope to build. I?m sure it?s the same with your company.
You may have some fire in the beginning, but it ultimately burns out.
Why?
Because realistically, you need to understand sales and marketing. It?s a game of numbers.
100 people to find the 10 that may join your seacret business. How long will it take to talk to those 100? Depends upon you. But those 100 are ?shotgun? of your market. A cold one. They?re not qualified leads. They?re only people who will talk to you because they know you.
And yet,
in the business arena, unless you?re making big $$$, you have no credibility with this market ? the truth hurts. The time to talk to family and friends about your business opportunity, seacret or otherwise ? is when you don?t need them.
So, what do you do to build leads? Begin with Attraction Marketing. What is that?
That is connect with your ?warm market? who is warm because they actually want to know what you?re doing, know about your product, etc. -not just who you know, personally. That is the real definition of ?Warm Market? in sales.
Now here?s your formula for success: sharing your opportunity with those interested as oppose to those ?around?.And that?s what real the real industry of sales? involve. Traditional Network Marketing has the definition wrong! Family, friends and co-workers are not your warm market ? they define it as such only because those people know you. A real warm market is actually interested in your product, service or opportunity.
When you market yourself online, the sift happens naturally. Hundreds visit your blog, see what they wish to, see your story. When you have a solution to their problem, such as I do for helping people find quality leads for their business, they opt in to stay connected, and you continue to build trust.
Now you have a captive audience who views you as a leader who can help them grow their business. This is attraction marketing. You?re attractive, you have real value to offer, real problems to solve. You?re not asking someone to join your biz because you need them as a lead?while you yourself aren?t building leads..See how your posture changes? You come from a position of strength, leverage and creditability.
Have the courage to invest in yourself, market yourself, your business and talent online. Think on it-

Get more leads?.
